How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We provide next business day shipping, on orders placed before 3 pm Monday-Friday.  All orders need to be PAID before they can be fulfilled and sent out.  All orders placed after 3 pm on Friday and during the weekend will be sent out the following Monday.  Unpaid orders will be canceled after 48 hours

What is your return and exchange policy?

For new users simply add your items to the cart and head to the checkout. There you can checkout as a guest or you can also select “create an account” to avoid having to submit shipping and billing info each time you order. Complete the rest of the form, choose and hit “Place Order” to submit the purchase. After delivery, we have a 14days return policy for any deferred product.

How do I track the status of my order?

Every order comes with a separate email notification, one for the shipping that will include your tracking info, and another that will notify you that it has been delivered.
Also, drivers typically ring the bell when the drop the package off.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Get to us by email or phone to immediately cancel your order so you can replace an order or go to your order page if you have an account to cancel order.

Do you ship to my country?

We offer discreet and secure delivery to all States in the US and worldwide. No medical card required and no signature required for the package all you need to do is place your order complete payment and forward the payment receipt (picture ) so we can proceed with your delivery.

Will my items come in one package?

It comes in one package. We just put a different label on it to avoid problems and ensure that it arrives.
